WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Support for your healing journey.

Making Sense of Your Story

Explore how past experiences, relationships, and patterns may still be shaping how you feel and respond today. Therapy offers space to understand these connections with curiosity while building greater safety, resilience, and choice in the present.

Processing & Creating Change

Move beyond insight into deeper healing. Depending on your needs, we may draw from approaches such as EMDR, ACT, and other evidence-based therapies to process difficult experiences, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and support meaningful change.

Reconnecting with Yourself

Healing isn’t only about what you think, it’s also about how you experience yourself in your body. IFS, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and body-centered practices can help you better understand your internal experience, build capacity for difficult emotions, and reconnect with yourself as a whole.

MEET MELISSA

Therapist. Yoga Teacher. Fellow Human Being.

I didn’t choose this work because I believe people need fixing. I chose it because I’ve witnessed the incredible capacity people have to heal when they feel safe, understood, and supported. It is a privilege to sit with people through some of life’s hardest moments and help them discover strengths they may not yet recognize in themselves.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed psychotherapy and enriched by practices that honor the connection between mind and body. I strive to create a space that feels calm, collaborative, and deeply human—where healing is not rushed, but gently cultivated over time.
